We are very proud and we want to thank all our guests and friends who made us their favourite place when coming to Cologne!
We are not - yet ;-) - one of the 25 best hotels in Germany, but our guests have voted us into the top group of hotels concerning service and price!
We will definitely work hard to maintain this high level of customer satisfaction and for the new year we have set an ambitious goal: we want to catch up with our newly opened second place: "Hotel Stern am Rathaus" which already gets terrific feedback from the first guests staying with us in the old town of Cologne.
So watch out Excelsior Hotel the stars* are coming! :-)
